What we collect
When you purchase a book, we collect your email address and the card details you provide to Stripe. Stripe handles all card data — we never see or store it. Your email is used to deliver your book and to embed your watermark.
How we use it
Your email is used solely to fulfill your order: sending you the download link and watermarking your PDF. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to any marketing list without explicit consent.
Where it lives
Order data lives in Stripe (payment) and Cloudflare R2 (your watermarked PDF). Email is sent through Resend. No third-party analytics or trackers run on this site.
Cookies
We use one piece of browser storage: defibooks-cart-v1 (localStorage), which remembers what's in your cart between visits. No tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your order history at any time by writing to support@defibooks.org.
